In-person voting at the precinct on election day (polls open 6:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.); hand-marked paper ballots on optical scanners with ballot-marking devices for accessibility. ID required but non-strict — many documents accepted, and a known voter may be vouched for (§ 3-1-34).
