    In-person voting at the precinct on election day; hand-marked paper ballot tabulated on the uniform statewide optical-scan device. Voter ID required (26 O.S. § 7-114).

    In-person absentee ('early') voting at the county election board on the days before the election; no excuse required.

    No-excuse absentee voting by mail; Oklahoma distinctively requires the mailed absentee ballot affidavit to be notarized (26 O.S. § 14-108).
