Pennsylvania Election Code

Act of June 3, 1937, P.L. 1333, No. 320 — the Pennsylvania Election Code. Concerns elections, including general, municipal, special and primary elections, nomination of candidates, primary and election expenses and election contests; creates county boards of elections; imposes duties upon the Secretary of the Commonwealth, courts, and county boards.

1206.1	The counsel for the county board of elections shall be in constant attendance at the office of the board on the day of each primary and election from 7 o'clock A.M. until 12 o'clock noon, and from 2 o'clock P.M. until 5:30 o'clock P.M., and from 7 o'clock P.M. until 10 o'clock P.M., and shall, upon request, instruct election officers, overseers, watchers, and electors as to their rights and duties in election matters.
