§ 1004.1Placement of Certain Candidates on Ballots and Voting Machines

Notwithstanding any other provisions of
this act to the contrary, the names of candidates for the party
offices of delegate or alternate delegate to a National Party
Convention, member of the State committee, member of a county
committee and any other party office as prescribed by the bylaws
of the political party shall appear at the end of the ballot
after the names of the candidates for all public offices. In
any case where voting machines are used, the names of the
candidates for the aforementioned offices shall appear in the
final columns or rows, as the case may be, of the voting
machine.
