§ 107 a. Indenrigs- og sundhedsministeren kan efter anmodning fra Ukraine fastsætte regler om, at danske myndigheder yder teknisk bistand til Ukraines afholdelse af et valg eller en folkeafstemning for landets vælgere i Danmark. Indenrigs- og sundhedsministeren kan i den forbindelse fastsætte regler om det nærmere indhold af den bistand, der ydes. Afsnit II Vederlag og pension m.v.
