(1) Hvis valgtinget forlenges eller utsettes, kan opptellingen av stemmesedler som er avgitt på forhånd, tidligst starte dagen før det forlengede eller utsatte valgtinget avsluttes. (2) Har opptellingen startet, skal den stoppes. Opptellingen kan fortsette dagen før valgtinget avsluttes.
