(1) Ved flertallsvalg skal velgerne bruke samme stemmeseddel for å stemme på representanter og vararepresentanter. (2) Stemmeseddelen kan inneholde høyst så mange navn som det skal velges representanter til kommunestyret, og like mange vararepresentanter. (3) Et navn kan bare føres opp én gang på hver stemmeseddel.
