(1) Personer som mener at de selv eller andre uriktig er blitt innført i eller utelatt fra manntallet i kommunen, kan kreve at feilen skal rettes. (2) Et skriftlig og begrunnet krav om retting av manntallet skal sendes til valgstyret i kommunen.
