§ § 21-2-105Local election official defined

As used in this part, the term “local election official” means:

A county board of elections or a county board of elections and registration established pursuant to Code Section 21-2-40;

A judge of the probate court fulfilling the role of election superintendent; or

A municipal election superintendent.
