 The right to raise the issue of recalling a deputy belongs to voters of the electoral district
(hereinafter referred to as the district) from which the deputy was elected.
 The issue of recalling a deputy of the House of Representatives or a deputy of the local
Council of Deputies cannot be raised less than a year before the expiration of their term of
office.
