stablishment of the results of elections of members of the Council of the Republic by the Central Commission The Central Commission, on the basis of received documents specified in part ten of Article 106 of this Code, establishes the results of elections of members of the Council of the Republic from the regions and the city of Minsk and registers the elected members of the Council of the Republic. The Central Commission may declare the election of a member of the Council of the Republic invalid if during the elections, during the counting of votes or when establishing the election results, there were violations of the requirements of this Code that affected the results of the elections, and refuse to register a member of the Council of the Republic. The decision of the Central Commission to recognize the elections as invalid may be appealed by a candidate for member of the Council of the Republic to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus within three days from the date of the decision. If, during the elections of a member (members) of the Council of the Republic from the region, the city of Minsk, the elections were declared invalid, repeat elections are held within the period established by the Central Commission. Repeat elections are appointed by the Central Commission and conducted in the manner established by Section VI of this Code. Article 108. Publication of the results of elections of members of the Council of the Republic A message on the results of the elections of members of the Council of the Republic and a list of elected members of the Council of the Republic from the regions, the city of Minsk in alphabetical order, indicating the last name, first name, patronymic (if any), date of birth, employee position (worker's profession, occupation), place of work and place of residence (city, urban-type settlement or rural settlement indicating the district), party affiliation of each member of the Council of the Republic, the Central Commission sends it to the print media for publication, and also posts it on its official website on the global computer network Internet no later than three days the period from the date of establishment of the results of elections of members of the Council of the Republic.
