§ Article 75(untitled)

 A candidate for President of the Republic of Belarus or deputy has the right to present a
program for his future activities, the text of which is determined by the candidate. The
candidate’s program should not contain propaganda of war, calls for a violent change of the
constitutional system, violation of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Belarus, social,
national, religious and racial hostility, calls inducing or intended to induce disruption, or
cancellation, or postponement of elections, appointed in accordance with legislative acts, as
well as insults and slander against officials of the Republic of Belarus, other candidates for the
President of the Republic of Belarus, for deputies.
 If the requirements of this article are violated, the Central Commission, district, territorial
election commission has the right to cancel the decision to register the candidate.
