ssistance to commissions in the exercise of their powers
 State bodies, public associations, organizations, officials are obliged to assist commissions
in the exercise of their powers and provide information and materials necessary for their work.
 Commissions have the right to address issues related to the preparation and conduct of
elections, referendums, and recall of a deputy to government bodies, public associations, heads
of organizations, and other officials who are obliged to consider the issue raised and give a
response to the commission no later than three days.
