entral Commission
 The Central Commission is a state body that organizes, within its powers, the preparation
and conduct of elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus, delegates of the All-
Belarusian People's Assembly, deputies of the House of Representatives, members of the
Council of the Republic, deputies of local Councils of Deputies, and republican referendums.
The Central Commission resolves issues related to organizing the recall of deputies of the House
of Representatives and members of the Council of the Republic.
 The Central Commission heads the system of commissions for the election of the President
of the Republic of Belarus, election commissions and referendum commissions operating during
the preparation and conduct of elections and republican referendums.
 The Central Commission is a permanent body, is a legal entity, has a seal with the image of
the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and its name, and a bank account.
