uarantees of Performing of Electoral Activity by Head of Local Administration (as amended by the Federal Law of July 21, 2005, No.93-FZ) If a municipal formation has no head of local administration and the statute of municipal formations does not establish a person authorized to perform electoral activity in accordance with this Federal Law or the said person fail to perform such activity in the period of time established by this Federal Law, this electoral activity shall be performed by a higher official of the subject of the Russian Federation (head of higher executive body of state power of the subject of the Russian Federation) or by other official on his instruction.
