quality of Candidates 1. All candidates shall have equal rights and bear equal responsibilities, save as otherwise provided by this Federal Law. 2. Only authorized representatives for financial issues and attorneys of candidates may act on behalf of such candidates or, if a candidate is nominated in a list of candidates – also authorized representatives and attorneys of election association that nominated such list.
