Questions and interpellations by a Member of Parliament

1. A Member of Parliament shall be entitled to appeal with a question to the Government, another body accountable to
Parliament, a member of the Government, state bodies of the territorial units at all levels, and state institutions. Providing a timely
and full response to a question posed by a Member of Parliament is mandatory.

2. A parliamentary faction – a group of at least seven Members of Parliament – shall have the right to pose a question through
interpellation to the Government, another body accountable to Parliament, or a member of the Government obliged to answer
questions at Parliament sittings. The answer may become a subject of discussion by Parliament.
