Right to environmental protection 1. Everyone has the right to live in a healthy environment and enjoy the natural environment and public space. Everyone has the right to receive full information about the state of the environment in a timely manner. Everyone has the right to care for the protection of the environment. The right to participate in the adoption of decisions related to the environment shall be ensured by law. 2. Environmental protection and the rational use of natural resources shall be ensured by law, taking into account the interests of current and future generations.
