Mayoral/Gamgebeli Elections of a Self-governing City/Community 1. Mayoral/Gamgebeli elections of a self-governing city/community shall be held according to the norms established by this Law, unless otherwise provided for in this Chapter. 2. A Mayor/Gamgebeli of a self-governing city/community shall be elected by universal, equal and direct suffrage by secret ballot.
