Counting of votes at PECs 1. A PEC shall summarize the polling results and shall enter them into summary protocols of the final results of elections held through the majoritarian and proportional systems. 2. A summary protocol of the results of elections held through the proportional electoral system shall be drawn up according to party lists, while a summary protocol of the results of elections held through the majoritarian electoral system shall be drawn up according to the candidates nominated in the majoritarian electoral district.
