Cancelation of electoral registration for registered majoritarian candidates The CEC Chairperson shall by decree cancel the electoral registration of any registered majoritarian candidate, provided: a) the candidate applies for cancellation; b) the Constitutional Court of Georgia prohibits operation of the party nominating the candidate; c) the electoral registration of nominating party/electoral bloc/initiative group of voters is cancelled under Article 114(14) of this Law; d) the person dies; e) in other cases as defined by this Law.
