Cancellation of electoral registration of political parties and initiative groups of voters

1. The CEC shall by decree cancel the registration of a party where:

a) the party applies for cancellation;

b) the Constitutional Court of Georgia prohibits operation of the party;

c) the party fails to present or to register a candidate for President of Georgia or the electoral registration of the candidate for President of Georgia
nominated by the party is cancelled.

2. The CEC shall by decree cancel electoral registration of an initiative group of voters where:

a) the initiative group of voters applies for cancellation;

b) a candidate for President of Georgia nominated by the initiative group of voters is not registered or the electoral registration of a candidate for
President of Georgia nominated by the initiative group of voters is cancelled.

3. A decision provided for by this article shall be deemed adopted if it is supported by at least two-thirds of the total members of the CEC.
