Holding Office on the Part of the Bodies Provided for by Chapters 12-14 of the Constitution After entry into force of Chapters 12-14 of the Constitution, the members of the bodies provided for by these Chapters shall continue holding office until the expiry of the term of their powers, specified in the Constitution with the amendments of 2005 and laws. The members of the Control Chamber shall continue holding office as members of the Audit Chamber.”. Article 2.
