Time Period for the Election of President of the Republic First elections of the President of the Republic shall, as prescribed by Article 125 of the Constitution, be held not earlier than forty and not later than thirty days prior to the expiry of powers of the President of the Republic. The candidate having received a greater number of votes in the third round of election of the President of the Republic shall be elected as President of the Republic.
