Bringing Laws into Compliance with the Amendments of the Constitution 1. The Electoral Code shall be brought into compliance with the Constitution and shall enter into force from 1 June 2016. 93 2. The Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Constitutional Law on Political Parties and the Constitutional Law on the Human Rights Defender shall be brought into compliance with the Constitution and shall enter into force prior to the opening day of the first session of subsequent convocation of the National Assembly. 3. Other constitutional laws shall be brought into compliance with the Constitution and shall enter into force on the day the newly-elected President of the Republic assumes office. 4. The Law on Local Self-Governance shall be brought into compliance with the Constitution and shall enter into force from 1 January 2017. 5. The Laws on Prosecutor’s Office, on Television and Radio, on Audit Chamber, and on Central Bank shall be brought into compliance with the Constitution and shall enter into force on the day the newly-elected President of the Republic assumes office.
