Sittings and Decisions of the Government 1. Sittings of the Government shall be convened and chaired by the Prime Minister. 2. Decisions of the Government shall be signed by the Prime Minister. 3. The Government shall be entitled to adopt secondary regulatory legal acts. 59 Article 154. Economic and Financial Policies 1. The Government shall implement a single state policy on financial and economic, credit and tax matters. 2. The Government shall administer state property.
