§ Article 151(untitled)

Programme of the Government

1. The Prime Minister shall, within a period of twenty days following formation of the

Government, submit to the National Assembly the Programme of the Government.

2. The National Assembly shall approve the Programme of the Government within a

period of seven days, by majority of votes of the total number of Deputies.

3. In case the National Assembly does not approve the Programme of the

Government and does not elect a new Prime Minister in accordance with parts 2 and 3

of Article 149 of the Constitution, the National Assembly shall be dissolved by virtue of

law. If the National Assembly elects the Prime Minister, yet again does not approve the

Programme of the Government, the National Assembly shall be dissolved by virtue of

law.

4. Part 3 of this Article shall not extend to the Programme of the Government

formed in accordance with Article 115 of the Constitution. In case the Programme of

this Government is not approved, the National Assembly shall be dissolved by virtue of

law.
