Composition and Structure of the Government 1. The Government shall be composed of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers and ministers. 2. The list of ministries and the rules of operation of the Government shall be prescribed by law, upon submission by the Government. The number of Deputy Prime Ministers may not exceed three, whereas that of the ministers may not exceed eighteen. 56 Article 148. Requirements Set Forth for the Members of the Government 1. A member of the Government must meet the requirements set forth for a Deputy. 2. The incompatibility requirements prescribed for a Deputy shall extend to the member of the Government. The law may prescribe additional incompatibility requirements therefor.
