Autonomous Bodies 1. In order to ensure exercise of the basic rights and freedoms of the human being and the citizen, as well as to protect public interests of fundamental significance prescribed by the Constitution, autonomous bodies may be established by a law adopted by majority of votes of the total number of Deputies. 2. The members of autonomous bodies shall be appointed by majority of votes of the total number of Deputies. 3. Autonomous bodies may be vested by law with the competence of adopting secondary regulatory legal acts. 4. The powers of autonomous bodies, guarantees for independence, the requirements set forth for the members and the rules of operation thereof shall be prescribed by law.
