Oral and Written Questions of Deputies

1. In one of the sittings convened during the sittings week of the regular session,

members of the Government shall answer the oral questions of the Deputies. The

National Assembly shall not adopt decisions in respect of the questions of the

Deputies.

2. Deputies shall have the right to address written questions to the members of the

Government. The answers to written questions shall not be presented at the sitting of

the National Assembly.
