Publicity of Sittings of the National Assembly 1. Sittings of the National Assembly shall be public. 2. The National Assembly shall, upon recommendation of at least one fifth of the total number of Deputies or of the Government, hold a closed sitting upon the decision 37 rendered by majority of votes of the total number of Deputies. Voting during a closed sitting shall be prohibited.
