Extraordinary Session and Sitting of the National Assembly 1. An extraordinary session or sitting of the National Assembly shall be convened by the Chairperson of the National Assembly upon the initiative of at least one fourth of the total number of Deputies, or of the Government. 2. The extraordinary session or sitting shall be held according to the agenda and time period defined by the initiator.
