Right to Be Exempt from the Obligation to Testify

No one shall be obliged to testify about himself or herself, his or her spouse or close

relatives if it is reasonably assumed that it may be used against him or her or against

them in the future. The law may prescribe other cases of being exempt from the

obligation to testify.
