Freedom of Economic Activities and Guaranteeing
 Economic Competition

1. Everyone shall have the right to engage in economic, including entrepreneurial

activities. The conditions and procedure for exercising this right shall be prescribed by

law.

2. Restriction of competition, the possible types of monopoly and the permitted

extent thereof may be prescribed only by law, for the purpose of protecting public

interests.

3. Abuse of monopoly or dominant position in the market, as well as unfair

competition and anti-competitive agreements shall be prohibited.
