Right to Strike 1. Workers shall have the right to strike for the protection of their economic, social and labour interests. The procedure for holding a strike shall be prescribed by law. 2. The right to strike may be restricted only by law, for the purpose of protecting public interests or the basic rights and freedoms of others.
