Inviolability of the Home

1. Everyone shall have the right to inviolability of the home.

2. The right to inviolability of the home may be restricted only by law, for the

purpose of state security, economic welfare of the country, preventing or disclosing

crimes, protecting public order, health and morals or the basic rights and freedoms of

others.

3. A home may be searched only upon a court decision, in the cases and under the

procedure prescribed by law. Other cases of restricting the right to inviolability of the

home upon court decision may be prescribed by law.
