Prohibition of Torture, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment 1. No one may be subjected to torture, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. 2. Corporal punishments shall be prohibited. 3. Persons deprived of liberty shall have the right to humane treatment.
