Ideological Pluralism and Multiparty System 1. Ideological pluralism and a multiparty system shall be guaranteed in the Republic of Armenia. 2. Political parties shall be formed and operate freely. Equal legal opportunities shall be guaranteed by law for the activities of political parties. 3. Political parties shall promote the formulation and expression of the political will of the people. 4. The structure and activities of political parties may not contradict the democratic principles.
