Procedure for appealing against the decisions on rejecting,
 declaring invalid or revoking the registration of an electoral list
 of a political party or a candidate included in the electoral list

1. The decision of the relevant electoral commission on rejecting the registration,

 declaring invalid or revoking the registration of the electoral list of a political

 party or a candidate included in the electoral list may be appealed against before

 the Administrative Court.

2. The electoral list or the candidate included in the electoral list shall be deemed

 registered or re-registered upon a judicial act on declaring invalid the decision of

 the electoral commission on rejecting the registration, declaring invalid or

 revoking the registration of an electoral list of a political party or a candidate

 included in the electoral list.

 Article 135. Revoking the registration of the electoral list of a political party
 or a candidate included in the electoral list

1. The registration of the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political

 parties) shall be revoked upon the decision of the electoral commission, where:

 (1) an application for recusal has been submitted;

 (2) the political party has been dissolved;

 (3) the activities of the political party have been suspended or prohibited;

 (4) the number of political parties included in the alliance of political parties

 has fallen below 2.

2. The registration of the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political

 parties) shall be revoked upon a judicial act in cases prescribed by part 8 of

 Article 19 or part 1 of Article 26 or part 5 of Article 27 of this Code.

3. The registration of a candidate included in the electoral list shall be revoked

 upon the decision of the electoral commission, where he or she has submitted an

 application for recusal.

 In case the registration of a candidate included in the electoral list is revoked, the

 name of the candidate shall be removed from the list as prescribed by the

 Central Electoral Commission.

4. The registration of a candidate included in the electoral list shall be revoked

 upon a judicial act in the case prescribed by part 8 of Article 19 of this Code.
