Rejecting the registration of an electoral list of a political party or a candidate included in the electoral list 1. The electoral commission shall reject the registration of the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political parties), where: (1) not all the documents have been submitted or the submitted documents are incomplete or falsified; (2) the electoral list does not comply with the requirements prescribed by part 2 of Article 130 of this Code (except for cases where non-compliance is conditioned by a circumstance which has emerged after the nomination); (3) the political party has been dissolved; (4) the number of political parties included in the alliance of political parties has fallen below 2; (5) the activities of the political party have been suspended or prohibited. 207 2. In case an objection is raised by a member of the electoral commission regarding the registration of the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political parties), the objection shall be put to vote. The registration of the electoral list shall be rejected upon the decision adopted by at least 2/3 of votes of the total number of members of the Commission. 3. The electoral commission shall reject the registration of a candidate included in the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political parties), where: (1) he or she does not have the right to be elected; (2) not all the documents thereon have been submitted or the submitted documents are incomplete or falsified. 4. In case an objection is raised by a member of the electoral commission regarding the registration of a candidate included in the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political parties), the objection shall be put to vote. The registration of a candidate included in the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political parties) shall be rejected upon the decision adopted by at least 2/3 of votes of the total number of members of the Commission. 5. In case the registration of a candidate included in the electoral list is rejected, the candidate shall be removed from the list as prescribed by the Central Electoral Commission.
