Registering electoral lists of a political party 1. Electoral lists of a political party running in elections of the Council of Elders of Yerevan shall be registered by the Central Electoral Commission. 206 Electoral lists of a political party running in elections of the Councils of Elders of Gyumri and Vanadzor shall be registered by the relevant district electoral commission. 2. In case no objection is raised by the members of the electoral commission with regard to registration of the electoral list of the political party, the electoral list shall be registered without voting. Within a 3-day period after the expiry of the time limit prescribed for registration of electoral lists, the electoral lists shall be posted on the website of the Central Electoral Commission. 3. The authorised representative of a political party shall have the right to be present at the sitting of the Commission when the issue of registering the electoral list is considered.
