Revoking the registration of a candidate for head of
 community or member of council of elders

1. The registration of a candidate for head of community or member of council of

 elders shall be revoked:

 186
 (1) by the decision of the district electoral commission, where he or she has

 submitted an application for recusal;

 (2) upon a judicial act, in cases prescribed by part 8 of Article 19 or part 1 of

 Article 26 or part 5 of Article 27 of this Code.
