The decision of the district electoral commission on rejecting or declaring invalid the registration of a candidate for head of community or member of council of elders may be appealed against before the Administrative Court. 2. A candidate shall be deemed registered or re-registered upon a judicial act on declaring invalid the decision of the district electoral commission on rejecting or declaring invalid the registration of a candidate for head of community or member of council of elders.
