Time limits for calling, holding regular elections of the National Assembly, and for nominating and registering candidates for Deputy 1. A regular election of the National Assembly shall be held no earlier than 60 and no later than 50 days before the expiry of powers of the National Assembly. 2. No later than 90 days before the voting day, the President of the Republic shall promulgate a decree on calling regular elections of the National Assembly. 178 3. The political parties running in elections of the National Assembly shall submit the documents for registration to the Central Electoral Commission no earlier than 55 and no later than 45 days before the voting day, by 18:00. 4. Registration of electoral lists of political parties running in elections shall be carried out no earlier than 45 and no later than 35 days before the voting day, by 18:00.
