Procedure for appealing against the decisions on rejecting, declaring invalid or revoking the registration of the electoral list of a political party or the candidate included in the electoral lists 1. The decision of the Central Electoral Commission on rejecting, declaring invalid or revoking the registration of the electoral list of a political party or the candidate included in the electoral lists may be appealed against before the Administrative Court. 2. The electoral list of a political party or a candidate included in the electoral lists shall be deemed registered or re-registered by a judicial act on declaring invalid the decision of the Central Electoral Commission on rejecting the registration, declaring invalid or revoking the registration of the electoral list of a political party, alliance of political parties or the candidate included in the electoral lists. 158 CHAPTER 15 STATUS OF A CANDIDATE FOR DEPUTY
