Acts of electoral commissions 1. The Central Electoral Commission shall adopt secondary regulatory legal acts and individual legal acts, whereas district and precinct electoral commissions shall adopt individual legal acts. Chairpersons of the Central Electoral Commission and district electoral commission may adopt individual legal acts. 2. Legal acts of electoral commissions shall be binding.
