Prohibiting influence on the free expression of will of electors

1. Employees of radio companies and television companies carrying out terrestrial
 on-air broadcasting, who are registered as candidates, as well as persons having
 an employment contract or a contract on provision of paid services shall be
 prohibited to cover elections, to anchor radio programmes or television
 programmes except for cases prescribed by Article 20 of this Code.

2. When publishing the results of an opinion poll on ratings of candidates, political
 parties running in elections, the organisation carrying out the opinion poll shall
 be obliged to indicate the time limits of the poll, the number of respondents and
 the type of sample, type and place of collection, precise wording of the question,
 statistical evaluation of a possible error, and the client.

 It shall be prohibited to publish the results of an opinion poll in relation to
 candidates, political parties running in elections, as well as information thereon
 via television, radio carrying out terrestrial on-air broadcasting, or the print
 media on the day preceding the voting, as well as on the voting day by 20:00.

3. Assembling in groups on the territory — with up to 50 metre radius — adjacent
 to a polling station, as well as cluster of vehicles on the territory adjacent to the
 entrance of a polling station on the voting day shall be prohibited. Enforcement
 of the provisions of this part, as well as maintenance of the public order within
 that territory shall be ensured by the police officers on duty at the polling station,
 irrespective of the request of the electoral commission.
