. (1) Zum Bundespräsidenten kann nur gewählt werden, wer nach Maßgabe des § 41 NRWO zum Nationalrat wählbar ist und am Tag der Wahl das 35. Lebensjahr vollendet hat. (2) Eine Wiederwahl für die unmittelbar folgende Funktionsperiode ist nur einmal zulässig.
