Si ces faits ont été commis par des bandes ou des groupes organisés comme il est dit en l'article 98, les personnes qui ont engagé, réuni ou aposté les individus qui en ont fait partie, sont punies d'un emprisonnement d'un mois à un an et d'une amende de 1.000 à 10.000 euros.
