Ninguém pode ser, sob qualquer pretexto, obrigado a revelar o seu voto nem, salvo o caso de recolha de dados estatísticos não identificáveis, ser perguntado sobre o mesmo por qualquer autoridade. 2. Dentro da assembleia de voto e fora dela, até à distância de 500m, ninguém pode revelar em qual lista vai votar ou votou.
